Terms of Service
- GoalPulse is a free, ad-supported live-score app provided "as is" for personal, informational use.
- Scores, fixtures and stats come from public third-party data and may be delayed or inaccurate — don't rely on them for betting or other critical decisions.
- GoalPulse is independent and not affiliated with FIFA or any league, club or player.
- Use the App lawfully and don't try to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer it.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS application GoalPulse — Live Scores (the "App"), published by EXO Studio ("EXO Studio", "we", "us", or "our"), based in Hanoi, Vietnam. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. The App & license
GoalPulse lets you follow football live scores, fixtures, results, standings and team information. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal and non-commercial use. No account or sign-in is required to use the App.
3. Sports data & accuracy
Scores, fixtures, line-ups, standings and statistics displayed in the App are obtained from third-party public sports data sources and are provided for general informational purposes only. While we aim to present timely and accurate information, we do not control these sources and cannot guarantee that the data is accurate, complete, current, or free of delays or errors. You should not rely on the App for betting, wagering, financial, or any other decisions where accuracy or timeliness is critical. Any reliance you place on the data is at your own risk.
4. Independence & trademarks
GoalPulse is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise associated with FIFA, UEFA, any football league, federation, competition, club, or player. Team names, league names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify factual sports information.
5. Advertising
GoalPulse is free and supported by advertising. By using the App you acknowledge that it displays ads served through Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Advertising and your related privacy choices (including Apple's App Tracking Transparency and, in some regions, a consent prompt) are described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any websites or products they link to.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of the App;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its data sources, our servers, or any partner systems;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract the data presented in the App for redistribution or commercial use; or
- misuse advertising or attempt to generate invalid ad activity.
7. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, user interface, original text, graphics, and software (excluding third-party sports data and third-party trademarks), is owned by EXO Studio and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services, including sports data providers, advertising and analytics partners, and Apple's App Store. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services. This App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service, and Apple is not a party to these Terms but is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP AND ALL DATA AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR TIMELY.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXO STUDIO AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY DATA IT DISPLAYS. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, in whole or in part, at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability provisions) will survive.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be waived by agreement.
