Terms of Use
These Terms are between you and EXO Technologies Global Limited ("EXO", "we", "us"), Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong, the publisher of the Fluentype iOS app and keyboard. By using Fluentype you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app.
1. The service
Fluentype is a keyboard that suggests corrections, tone changes, rewrites, translations and replies generated by AI. **AI output can be wrong, inappropriate, or change your meaning. Always review a suggestion before you send it.** You are responsible for what you send.
2. AI providers and your content
- Suggestions come from free third-party AI models via OpenCode Zen, through our server. Those providers may use submitted text to improve their models. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information.

You keep ownership of your text and of the suggestions you choose to use.
3. Free use and daily limits
Fluentype is free to use. Each device gets a limited number of AI actions per day (currently 5), which resets daily. We may change the limit, and automated or abusive use may be blocked.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Fluentype to create unlawful, harassing, hateful or deceptive content, to spam, or to try to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Availability
AI models are provided by third parties and may be slow or unavailable. We may change models, features or limits. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent allowed by law.
6. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, EXO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for messages you send using suggestions.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
8. Changes and contact
