Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms form an agreement between you and EXO Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Hanoi, Vietnam, for your use of Arrow Lane (the "Game") on iOS. By downloading or playing the Game, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Licence to use the Game
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from the Game, and not to use it in any unlawful way or in a way that interferes with its normal operation.
4. Intellectual property
The Game, including its levels, artwork, name, and design, is owned by EXO Studio and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence above, no rights are transferred to you.
5. Third-party services
The Game is distributed through the Apple App Store, and your use of the App Store is governed by Apple's terms. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content. The Game itself does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, or account services.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
The Game is free and does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are added in the future, applicable pricing and terms will be shown at the time of purchase and handled by the App Store.
7. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EXO Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end the Game, or this licence, if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Game.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the Game or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict- of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
