Terms of Service for Arrow Lane–Escape Puzzle Game

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and EXO TECHNOLOGIES GLOBAL LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or the “Company”) governing your use of Arrow Lane–Escape Puzzle Game (also called “Arrow Lane” or the “Game”), TikTok App ID 7665704880614443016. EXO Studio is a brand operated by the Company. By opening or playing the Game, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.

2. The service we provide

Arrow Lane is a single-player puzzle Mini Game that runs inside the TikTok app. You tap an arrow when its path is clear, avoid blocked moves that cost a heart, clear the board, earn stars, unlock levels, and may use hints or a revive. The current Game contains 200 progressively generated levels, a level selector, local progress, sound, and haptic feedback. It has no timer, chat, leaderboard, multiplayer mode, or user-content upload.

The Game is provided free of charge. Availability depends on the TikTok app, the TikTok Mini Game platform, your device, network access needed by the host platform, and the regions in which the Game is released.

3. Licence to use the Game

Subject to these Terms, EXO TECHNOLOGIES GLOBAL LIMITED grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to play Arrow Lane for private, non-commercial entertainment on a supported device through TikTok. No ownership is transferred, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Eligibility

You may use Arrow Lane only if you are allowed to use TikTok and TikTok Mini Games under applicable law and TikTok's terms. If you are a minor where you live, use the Game only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it;
• use cheats, automation, modified clients, or other methods to alter gameplay, obtain rewards without completing an ad, or create fraudulent ad events;
• interfere with the Game, TikTok Mini Game platform, advertising systems, or another user's access;
• remove proprietary notices or falsely claim association with the Company; or
• use the Game for an unlawful purpose.

6. User content

Arrow Lane has no feature for uploading, publishing, messaging, or sharing user content. Your taps and locally saved gameplay progress are not submitted to the Company, so you grant us no licence to user content through the Game.

7. Advertising and rewards

Arrow Lane uses ads delivered by the TikTok Mini Game platform:

Hint credits, revives, levels, and stars are gameplay features with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged outside the Game. Ad availability is not guaranteed. TikTok/ByteDance controls ad selection, delivery, and measurement; we do not endorse an advertiser or control the destination of an ad.

8. Optional TikTok missions

After completing a level, the Game may offer optional TikTok platform actions such as adding a shortcut or opening a profile-entry mission. These actions occur only when you select them, are executed by TikTok, and may be unavailable on some clients or in some regions. Any platform benefit or eligibility is determined by TikTok.

9. No purchases or subscriptions

The current version contains no in-game purchase, subscription, paid virtual currency, or payment form. We will not request payment-card or bank details inside Arrow Lane. If paid functionality is introduced later, the Game, these Terms, and applicable disclosures will be updated before it applies.

10. Intellectual property

Arrow Lane, including its code, level-generation logic, puzzle presentation, artwork, interface, icon, sounds, text, and name, is owned by or licensed to EXO TECHNOLOGIES GLOBAL LIMITED and protected by intellectual-property laws. TikTok, ByteDance, and related names and logos belong to their respective owners and identify the host platform only.

11. Third-party services

The Game runs on the TikTok Mini Game platform operated by TikTok/ByteDance, which provides the runtime, local storage, login/session initialization, advertising, device APIs, and optional shortcut/profile missions. Your use of TikTok and those services is governed by TikTok's own terms and policies, including the TikTok Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or business practices of TikTok, an advertiser, or an external destination.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy for Arrow Lane–Escape Puzzle Game describes exactly what the current TikTok Mini Game stores locally, which TikTok APIs it uses, how advertising works, and what information we do and do not receive. It forms part of these Terms.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, device compatibility, or ad availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EXO TECHNOLOGIES GLOBAL LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profit, opportunity, or goodwill arising from the Game. Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to this free Game will not exceed USD 50 or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Termination

You may stop using Arrow Lane at any time by closing or removing the Mini Game or TikTok app data. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game, or terminate the licence granted by these Terms if you breach them or where platform, legal, security, or business requirements make this necessary. Provisions intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Game, advertising behavior, platform APIs, or legal requirements change. The current Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised date. If you do not accept an update, stop using the Game.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.
