Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This policy explains how EXO Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Hanoi, Vietnam, handles information when you play Arrow Lane (the "Game") on iOS.
2. Information we collect
We do not ask you to register, and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, or payment details. The Game saves your level progress, hints, and settings (such as sound and vibration) locally on your device using the system's on-device storage. This data is not transmitted to us.
3. Notifications
The Game can send local reminders (for example, the Daily Challenge) only after you grant notification permission. These reminders are scheduled on your device; we do not operate a push server and do not receive information when a notification is shown. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.
4. No ads, analytics, or tracking
The Game does not display advertisements, does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites. It does not use device advertising identifiers.
5. Contacting us by email
If you choose to email us feedback from within the Game, your device's mail app opens a message addressed to us. We then receive whatever you decide to write, including your email address. Emailing us is entirely optional.
6. Sharing and sale of information
Because the Game does not collect personal information, we have nothing to share with third parties. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Retention and security
Locally stored progress and settings remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the Game. Because data stays on your device, its security depends on your device's own protections. Any feedback emails you send are retained in our mailbox only as long as needed to respond.
8. Device permissions
The only permission the Game may request is notifications, and only to deliver the local reminders described above. The Game does not request access to location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.
9. Children's privacy
The Game is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us so we can delete it.
10. Your rights (GDPR and CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to its processing. Because we do not collect or store personal information about you, the simplest way to remove all Game data is to delete the app. For any questions about your rights, contact us using the details below.
11. International processing
Any email you send us may be processed on mail servers located outside your country. Aside from optional email, the Game does not transfer your information internationally.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version.
