Summary
Streamora IPTV is a free, ad-supported player for playlists and streams that you provide. We do not supply any channels or content.
You may only add playlists and streams you have the legal right to access. Using the app for piracy or other unlawful purposes is not allowed.
The app is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Streamora IPTV (the “app”), published by EXO Studio, Hanoi, Vietnam (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License to Use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Google Play terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except where the law expressly allows it.
3. The App Is a Player Only
Streamora IPTV is a media player. It does not include, host, sell, recommend or link to any channels, streams or other content. All content you play comes from playlists and servers that you choose to add. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the availability, legality, quality or safety of any third-party stream.
4. Your Content and Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the playlists, URLs and files you add and for the content you access through them. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to access that content, including any required subscriptions or licenses from the rights holders.
- Do not use the app to access, share or distribute content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
- Do not use the app to access illegal content, or content that violates the terms of the service that provides it.
- Keep your own playlists and credentials secure; they are stored only on your device.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the app, its ads or the services it connects to, or attempt to generate invalid ad impressions or clicks.
- Do not use the app in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Do not use automated means to access the app or its ads.
6. Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, text, graphics and software, is owned by EXO Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Streamora IPTV and related names and logos are our trademarks. Third-party names, logos and content that appear in streams you add belong to their respective owners. If you believe content is being infringed, contact the operator of the stream in question; we do not host it.
7. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The app is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Optional rewarded ads may be offered in exchange for an in-app benefit (such as adding another playlist); watching them is always your choice. The app also uses third-party services for analytics, attribution and crash reporting, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of third-party services and of any advertiser’s website or app is subject to that third party’s own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Purchases
The app is free to download and currently offers no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be sold through Google Play and governed by these Terms, the in-app description of the offer, and Google Play’s terms and refund policies.
9. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every stream format or server, or that any third-party stream will be available, lawful or safe.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXO Studio and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or content, arising out of or related to your use of the app or of any third-party content or service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your license if you breach these Terms or use the app unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date. Continuing to use the app after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
