Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms form an agreement between you and EXO Studio, Hanoi, Vietnam. By downloading or using Photo Video Maker with Music, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be legally able to enter this agreement; a parent or guardian must approve use where required.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on compatible Android devices for lawful personal or business media creation. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, circumvent security, or exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

• create, distribute, or promote unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content;
• infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights;
• introduce malware, disrupt services, bypass consent or advertising controls, or misuse third-party systems;
• misrepresent your identity or authorization to use media; or
• violate Google Play rules or applicable law.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of photos, videos, audio, text, and exported files you use or create. The app processes selected media on your device and does not upload it to an EXO Studio media server. You are responsible for keeping backups and for obtaining all rights, releases, and permissions needed for your media and music.

When you choose to share an export through Android, you direct the receiving app or service to handle it. Their terms and privacy practices apply after sharing.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its code, design, branding, built-in templates, and other materials supplied by EXO Studio are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or EXO Studio marks to you. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

6. Third-party services and ads

The app uses Google services for advertising, consent, analytics, remote configuration, and messaging infrastructure. Ads may link to third-party products or sites. We do not control third-party content, availability, or transactions, and their terms and privacy policies apply. Advertising supports access to the app.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

The current app does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. If that changes, we will update the app disclosures and applicable terms before offering paid features.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every codec or device, preservation of every project, exact export quality, or that third-party services will always be available. Preview and export results may vary by source media, hardware, storage, and operating-system limits.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXO Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, media, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the app in the prior twelve months or the minimum amount required by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend access or end this license if you materially violate these Terms, subject to applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law—remain effective.

11. Changes

We may update the app or these Terms to reflect new features, providers, security needs, or legal requirements. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required. Continuing to use the app after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms, where legally permitted.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your country applies. The parties will first try to resolve disputes informally. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
