1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Hairify: AI Hair Changer ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App. The App is distributed through Google Play, and your use is also subject to Google Play's terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 16 (in parts of the EU/EEA/UK) or otherwise under the age of digital consent in your country, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The App is not available to persons barred from using it under applicable law, or in countries subject to comprehensive trade sanctions.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, EXO Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, rent, resell, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law. This license terminates automatically if you breach these Terms.

4. Your Photos & Content

4.1 Ownership. You keep all ownership of the photos you provide and of the results you generate. The App does not claim ownership of your content.

4.2 Limited license to operate the feature. When you submit a photo, you grant EXO Studio a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and process that photo solely to generate your restyled result and to operate, secure, and debug the service. This includes sending the photo to our third-party AI provider to perform the transformation. We do not use your photos to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not sell them. This license ends when processing completes, subject to the short retention described in our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Your representations. You represent and warrant that: (a) you have the right to upload each photo you submit; (b) the photo depicts you, or a person who has given you their consent to use their image in this way; and (c) the photo does not infringe anyone's rights or any law.

4.4 Prohibited content. You must not submit photos of other people without their consent, images of minors in any inappropriate context, or content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates someone's privacy or intellectual-property rights. We may refuse or remove content, and restrict access, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose;
• create or share images intended to impersonate, defame, harass, or mislead others, including deceptive "deepfake" content;
• upload images of other people without their consent;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or use bots or automation to access the App or our servers;
• interfere with, overload, or disrupt the App, our servers, or our AI provider;
• attempt to bypass usage limits or manipulate or generate fraudulent ad interactions.

Violations may result in restriction or termination of your access, without refund where the action results from your misconduct.

6. AI-Generated Content

Hairify uses artificial intelligence to generate restyled images. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, unrealistic, or unexpected, and may not perfectly preserve your appearance. Results are provided for personal, entertainment purposes only. You are solely responsible for how you use or share the images you generate, and you should not rely on them as an accurate depiction of any real person. You must not present AI-generated images as genuine in a way that could deceive or harm others.

7. Advertising

The App is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads, and any third-party content or offers shown in them, are not endorsed by EXO Studio, and we are not responsible for them. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. The App currently offers no in-app purchases or subscriptions; if we add paid features in the future, we will update these Terms and disclose pricing and renewal terms before you are charged.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by EXO Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in our trademarks or branding. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including our AI image-generation provider, our hosting providers, Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, and Cloud Messaging), and Google AdMob, and is distributed via Google Play. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content. See Section 4 of our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the App, you agree to the practices described there.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results will meet your expectations. Where mandatory consumer-protection law applies to you, this section applies only to the extent permitted by that law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXO Studio and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Because the App is free, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App (if any) or USD 25. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EXO Studio from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from: (a) the photos or content you submit; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or of any third party's rights, including the rights of any person depicted in a photo you upload.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4.3, 8, 11, 12, 13, and 16) will continue to apply.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and uninstall it.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at exostudio.feedback@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally in good faith. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA/UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of, or the right to bring proceedings under, the mandatory laws of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

17. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and EXO Studio regarding the App. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
