Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading or using Craftly: DIY Wallpaper ("Craftly") you agree to these Terms of Service with EXO Studio, Hanoi, Vietnam. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Craftly on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the app to create or share unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the app or its ads.
- Do not use automated means to generate ad traffic.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You keep all rights to photos and text you add. Your designs are stored on your device; you are responsible for having the rights to the photos you use and for backing up your content. We do not receive or review your designs.
5. Intellectual property
The app, templates, stickers, backgrounds, gallery wallpapers, name, and logo are owned by EXO Studio or its licensors. You may use wallpapers you create or download in the app for personal use on your devices.
6. Third-party services
Craftly uses Google Firebase and Google Mobile Ads, and Apple's App Store for purchases. Their terms and policies govern their services. We are not responsible for third-party ads or websites they link to.
7. Purchases and subscriptions

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore previous purchases.
8. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or that content will not be lost.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EXO Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end the license if you breach these terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your country give you additional rights.
