Summary
AstroLoom Horoscope & Charts is a fully offline Android app from EXO Studio. By installing or using it, you agree to these Terms.
The app has no accounts, no ads, no in-app purchases, and no internet permission. Everything you enter and everything the app generates stays only on your device.
All horoscopes, charts, and interpretations are for entertainment and self-reflection only — they are not professional advice. The app is provided "as is."
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AstroLoom Horoscope & Charts ("the app", "we", "us"), the Android application published by EXO Studio, based in Hanoi, Vietnam, and distributed through Google Play (package com.acom.astroloom). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, EXO Studio grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial, personal use. This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the app to you.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- use the app in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose;
- use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
4. Your Content and Responsibilities
The app lets you enter a birth profile (such as birth date, time, and place) to generate horoscopes and charts. This information stays in the app's private storage on your device and is never uploaded by us. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your own device secure. Because the data is stored only on your device, you are responsible for any backups; uninstalling the app or clearing its data permanently removes this information.
5. Intellectual Property
The app, including its software, text, graphics, design, and the calculations and interpretations it produces, is owned by EXO Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the birth profile you enter, all rights in the app and its content are reserved by EXO Studio. The names "AstroLoom" and "EXO Studio" and related logos are marks of EXO Studio and may not be used without permission.
6. Third-Party Services
The app is fully offline and does not integrate advertising, analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, or account services, and it has no internet permission. It is distributed through Google Play, whose own terms and policies apply to your download and installation. We do not control and are not responsible for the practices of Google Play.
7. No Purchases or Subscriptions
The app does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions and does not process any payments. All features are available without payment within the app.
8. Entertainment Use Only
Horoscopes, astrological charts, numerology, compatibility results, and interpretations provided by the app are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. For decisions in those areas, please consult a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the app's content.
9. Disclaimers
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results or interpretations it produces are accurate or reliable.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EXO Studio and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the app. Because the app is provided free of charge, to the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is zero.
11. Termination
These Terms apply while you use the app. You may end them at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end the license if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the app or in legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made available through the app listing or this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
