Summary
AstroLoom Horoscope & Charts is a fully offline Android app. It has no internet permission, no ads, no analytics, no accounts, and no in-app purchases. We do not collect, transmit, or share any information — the app cannot send anything off your device.
The birth profile you enter and the horoscopes and charts the app generates from it stay only on your device. You can reset them in the app, or remove them completely by uninstalling.
All content is for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
1. Who We Are
AstroLoom Horoscope & Charts ("the app", "we", "us") is developed and published by EXO Studio, based in Hanoi, Vietnam. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information and the choices you have. It applies to the Android version of the app (package com.acom.astroloom) distributed through Google Play.
2. What We Collect
We collect nothing. AstroLoom does not gather, upload, or share any personal information or usage data. There is no account to create, no sign-in, and no profile on our side. The app has no internet permission, so it is technically unable to send your information anywhere, and we have no server that could receive it.
Specifically, the app does not collect names, email addresses, contacts, location, photos, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, analytics events, or crash reports for us.
3. Your Birth Profile and Results
To generate horoscopes and charts, the app lets you enter a birth profile (such as birth date, time, and place). This information, and everything the app calculates from it, is used only to produce your readings. It stays in the app's private storage on your device and is never uploaded by us.

You are in full control of this data. You can reset or remove the birth profile and results within the app, and uninstalling the app deletes all of it.
4. The App Works Offline
AstroLoom performs all of its calculations on your device. It does not declare the Android INTERNET permission, so it cannot make network connections or transmit any data. Everything you see is generated locally from the birth profile you provide.
5. No Advertising, Analytics, or Accounts
The app contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, no attribution SDKs, and no crash-reporting SDKs. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions handled by the app. Because there are no such components and no internet access, no advertising identifier is requested and no usage data is sent to us or to any third party.
6. Device Permissions
The app requests no sensitive device permissions. In particular, it does not request the internet permission, location, camera, microphone, contacts, photo library, or the Advertising ID. It only reads the birth details you type into it.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Because we collect nothing and the app cannot transmit data, there is no information on our side to retain or delete. Your birth profile and results remain on your device until you reset or remove them in the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app removes this data.
8. Entertainment Use Only
Horoscopes, charts, and interpretations provided by AstroLoom are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. For decisions in those areas, please consult a qualified professional.
9. Security
On-device data is stored in the app's private storage, which is sandboxed from other apps by the Android operating system. Because the app has no internet access, your birth profile and results are not exposed to network transmission. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but keeping everything on your device minimizes the risk.
10. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). Because the app collects no personal information and has no internet access, we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you have a concern, contact us and we will address it.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. Because AstroLoom keeps everything on your device and we hold no data about you, you can exercise these rights directly: view and edit your birth profile in the app, reset your results, or clear the app's data/uninstall to remove everything. 12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the app or in legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made available through the app listing or this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
