Summary
AstroLoom Horoscope & Charts is free and supported by advertising. To show ads, measure how the app is used, and fix crashes, the app includes third-party services — Google AdMob (and its ad mediation partners), Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging), AppMetrica, TikTok, and Meta (Facebook).
These services collect and share device or other identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID), app interactions, crash logs and diagnostics, and approximate location (derived from your IP address). They are used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. All data is encrypted in transit.
The birth profile you enter (name, birth date, time, and place) and the horoscopes and charts generated from it stay only on your device and are never sent to us or to these services.
There are no accounts and no in-app purchases. You can limit ad personalization through the consent choices shown in the app and your device's Ads settings.
1. Who We Are
AstroLoom Horoscope & Charts ("the app", "we", "us") is developed and published by EXO Studio, based in Hanoi, Vietnam. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app and the third-party services inside it collect, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. It applies to the Android version of the app (package com.acom.astroloom) distributed through Google Play.
2. What We Collect and Share
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. The third-party services described in section 4 automatically collect the following data when you use the app. This data is collected by those services and shared with them as the providers of advertising, analytics, and crash reporting.

This data is collected so the app can work as a free, ad-supported service; it is not optional while the app is in use, but you can limit how it is used for ad personalization (see section 5). We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
3. Your Birth Profile and Results
To generate horoscopes and charts, the app lets you enter a birth profile. This information, and everything the app calculates from it, is used only to produce your readings. It stays in the app's private storage on your device and is never uploaded to us or shared with any third-party service.

4. Third-Party Services
The app includes the following third-party SDKs. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform — serves ads and collects consent. How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
- AdMob mediation partners — Pangle, Mintegral, ironSource / Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, Liftoff (Vungle), InMobi, and Chartboost may be selected to serve an ad and receive the ad request data described above.
- Google Firebase — Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, and Cloud Messaging. Firebase privacy information.
- AppMetrica (analytics and ad revenue measurement). AppMetrica privacy policy.
- TikTok Business SDK (app event and ad measurement). TikTok privacy policy.
- Meta (Facebook) SDK (app event and ad measurement). Meta privacy policy.
5. Advertising, Consent, and Your Choices
Where required by law (for example in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland), the app shows a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform before any ads are loaded, so you can accept or reject personalized ads. You can also:
- Reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
- Choose non-personalized ads in the consent form where it is offered. You will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests.
- Stop all collection at any time by uninstalling the app.
6. Device Permissions
The app uses the internet and network state permissions to load ads and send analytics and crash reports, and the Advertising ID permission so ad and analytics providers can use your advertising ID. It asks for the notifications permission only if you choose to enable daily horoscope reminders. It does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photo library permissions.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Your birth profile and results remain on your device until you reset them in the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their policies (for example, Firebase Analytics retains event data for up to 14 months by default). To request deletion of data associated with your device, email us at exostudio.feedback@gmail.com with the subject "AstroLoom data deletion"; we will ask the relevant providers to delete data linked to your identifiers. Resetting or deleting your advertising ID also stops new data being linked to the previous ID.
8. Entertainment Use Only
Horoscopes, charts, and interpretations provided by AstroLoom are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. For decisions in those areas, please consult a qualified professional.
9. Security
All data sent by the app and its third-party SDKs is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. On-device data is stored in the app's private storage, which is sandboxed from other apps by the Android operating system. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we limit what is collected to what is described in this policy.
10. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the app and data was collected, contact us and we will help request its deletion.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You can manage ad consent and your advertising ID as described in section 5, and edit or delete your birth profile in the app. For any other request, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the app or in legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made available through the app listing or this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
