Terms of Service
- Arroway is a free single-player puzzle game for Android from EXO TECHNOLOGIES GLOBAL LIMITED. Installing or playing it means you accept these terms.
- You may play it for your own personal enjoyment. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.
- There is nothing to buy inside the Game today, and no account to lose.
- The Game is provided as it is, and your progress lives only on your device — so keep in mind that uninstalling erases it.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form an agreement between you and EXO TECHNOLOGIES GLOBAL LIMITED, Hanoi, Vietnam ("EXO", "we", "us"), covering the mobile game Arroway (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or play the Game.
Your use of the Game is also subject to the rules of the store you installed it from, and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.
2. Licence to use the game
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. This licence lasts as long as you comply with these Terms.
The Game is licensed to you, not sold. All rights not expressly granted here remain with EXO TECHNOLOGIES GLOBAL LIMITED.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Game available to others;
- modify, adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Game, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice;
- use tools, patched builds, or modified device software to alter gameplay, progress, or the display of advertising;
- use the Game in any way that breaks applicable law or the rules of the store you installed it from.
4. Your content and responsibilities
The Game contains no chat, no profile, no uploads, and no way to publish content, so there is no user content hosted by us. If you write to us — for example through the "Send feedback" option, which opens your own email app — you are responsible for what you send, and you should not include sensitive personal information. Any suggestion or idea you send us may be used to improve the Game without obligation or payment to you.
You are responsible for your device, for its software and connectivity, and for any charges your carrier or provider applies.
5. Game progress and device data
Your level progress, hints, daily-challenge history, and settings are stored only on your device. We do not operate accounts, cloud saves, or backups for the Game. Clearing the app's storage, uninstalling the Game, or losing or resetting your device will erase your progress permanently, and we cannot restore it. Progress and in-game items have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
6. Intellectual property
The Game, including its code, levels, puzzle design, artwork, icons, sounds, text, and the name "Arroway", is owned by EXO TECHNOLOGIES GLOBAL LIMITED and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Third-party software components included in the Game remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their own licences. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.
7. Third-party services and advertising
The Game is distributed through Google Play, and your installation and any store-level features are governed by Google's terms as well as these Terms.
The current release contains no advertising. We are preparing to introduce advertising served by Google AdMob so that the Game can remain free. When that happens, ads are supplied and controlled by Google, not by EXO TECHNOLOGIES GLOBAL LIMITED; we do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for advertisers' content, offers, or websites. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser. What advertising means for your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Purchases
The Game currently offers nothing for sale: there are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions, and no payment is ever taken through the Game as released today. Settings may show options that are not connected to a store; selecting them charges you nothing and unlocks nothing. If paid options are introduced in a future version, they will be sold through Google Play under Google's payment and refund rules, and these Terms will be updated before that happens.
9. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or free of defects, or that any defect will be corrected.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXO TECHNOLOGIES GLOBAL LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of game progress, loss of profits, or device damage, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
Because the Game is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Game is limited to the amount you have paid us for it, which is zero, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law if that law requires a higher floor.
These limits do not exclude liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Termination
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these Terms, and we may discontinue the Game or stop distributing it at any time. On termination, your licence ends and you must stop using the Game; sections 6, 9, 10, 13, and 14 survive.
12. Changes to the game and these terms
We may update the Game — including its levels, features, and the introduction of advertising described in section 7 — and we may update these Terms to reflect those changes or changes in the law. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Continuing to use the Game after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, uninstall the Game.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes relating to the Game will be subject to the courts of Hanoi, Vietnam. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there where the law grants it.
