Privacy Policy — StyleSnap AI
The short version. StyleSnap AI ("StyleSnap AI – Outfit Try On") lets you try outfits on a photo using AI. You do not create an account. The photos you choose are uploaded to our AI service only to generate your result. The app shows ads (Google AdMob), uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand usage, asks for privacy consent where required (Google UMP), and offers optional in-app purchases for credits. We do not sell your personal data.
This page explains, in plain language, exactly what the app processes and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
StyleSnap AI is a mobile app published by EXO Studio, based in Hanoi, Vietnam ("we", "us", "our"). This policy covers the StyleSnap AI iOS app and the outfit try-on features inside it. It does not cover third-party services that are governed by their own privacy policies, which we name below.
2. Information we process
The app has no login or user account. We do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, phone number, or precise location. The information involved is:

3. How we use information
- To provide the core feature: generate outfit try-on images from the photo you submit.
- To show and measure advertising, and to keep the app free.
- To understand usage and fix problems through aggregate analytics.
- To process optional in-app purchases of credits and track your balance.
- To ask for and honor your privacy consent where the law requires it.
We do not use your photos to build an advertising profile or to identify you, and we do not send your name, email, contacts, or photo library contents to the AI provider.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases under the GDPR:
- Performance of a contract — to process the photo you submit and deliver the try-on result, and to fulfill purchases.
- Consent — for personalized advertising and, where required, for analytics. We collect consent through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form. You can change your choice as described in Your rights and choices.
- Legitimate interests — for non-personalized advertising, security, and understanding aggregate app performance, balanced against your rights.
5. Service providers and SDKs
We use the following third parties. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

We do not integrate Facebook, TikTok, Adjust, or other attribution/tracking SDKs in this version of the app.
6. Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the advertising described above. We share data only with the service providers named in section 5 so they can perform their function, or where required by law. For the purposes of U.S. state privacy laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA), we do not "sell" or "share" personal information in the traditional sense; advertising is subject to your consent and device controls.
7. Data retention
Photos you submit are processed to generate your result and are not used to build advertising or identity profiles. Generated images are delivered to your device; keeping them is under your control (including saving them to your photo library). Your credit balance is stored locally on your device. Advertising and analytics providers retain data according to their own policies and your consent choices. If you want us to address any data you believe we hold, contact us using section 14.
8. Security
Uploads to our AI service use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a photo-processing app. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Device permissions
The app asks for these permissions only when needed, and you can change them anytime in the iOS Settings app:
- Camera — to take a portrait photo for a try-on.
- Photo Library — to choose a portrait or garment photo.
- Add to Photos — to save generated looks to your library.
- Tracking (App Tracking Transparency) — to allow personalized ads and ad measurement. If you decline, the app still works and shows non-personalized ads.
10. Children
StyleSnap AI is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us and we will address it.
11. Your rights and choices
- Ads consent — where a consent form is shown, you can accept, manage options, or decline. You can also control personalized ads through the iOS tracking prompt and in iOS Settings.
- Access, correction, deletion, and objection — depending on your region (including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA rights), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request.
- Analytics — you can limit ad and analytics identifiers through your device privacy settings.
We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.
12. International transfers
We are based in Vietnam, and our providers (including Google and our cloud AI service) may process data on servers located in other countries, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards provided by those providers.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
